I'm in a library, so I have to whisper. But honestly, I'm realizing it fits this topic...

Because the most painful midlife symptoms are the ones women never say out loud.

Everyone talks about the physical stuff. The hot flashes, the weight changes, the sleep.

But after 20+ years working with women, I can tell you the emotional symptoms are the ones that catch women completely off guard and are the most painful.

I'm doing a whole series on the emotional side of midlife...the stuff no one talks about but most women sooner or later wonder about...

Follow along so you don't miss it and be sure to share this with a woman who needs it.

It might just make her feel better.

✨ This is your sign to start the thing. ✨

For me, it's the sitar.

I've loved Indian music, dance, medicine, art, architecture and culture for as long as I can remember.

There is something about it that has always touched my heart.

The last time I picked up a sitar was about two years ago.

And recently, I decided it was time to begin again.
The truth? I'm a beginner.

There are missed notes, awkward moments, and plenty of opportunities to laugh at myself. 😄

But there is also something incredibly beautiful about learning something simply because you love it.

Just because it brings you joy.

As adults, we often forget that we're allowed to be beginners.

We think we need to have it all figured out before we start. But every person who became skilled at something began exactly where they were-one imperfect step at a time.

So here's my question for you:
What's the thing you've been wanting to do?

Maybe this is your sign.

Come along on my sitar journey and let's learn something new together.

🎶💛

I'd love to hear it-what is the thing your heart keeps nudging you to start?

The old model of women's healthcare is dying. And honestly? Good riddance!!

After 17 years in practice, I can see the shift happening in real time.

Women aren't asking for more prescriptions and 7-minute appointments. They're asking for something entirely different.

My predictions for the rest of 2026:

1. Healing experiences over healthcare transactions. Retreats, ritual, food as medicine. The more AI takes over our lives, the more women crave what can't be automated.

2. Midlife finally takes centre stage. Perimenopause and menopause are moving from whispered afterthought to the main conversation. The 40 to 60 demographic is done being told "it's just aging."

3. Online programs keep booming. Because women are done waiting months for a referral to be taken seriously. Expert guidance, on her schedule, from her own home.

The women leading this shift aren't waiting for the system to catch up.

They're building something better.

Which prediction do you see happening already?

Follow me for more on what conventional medicine won't tell you about midlife, hormones, and healing.

And share this with a woman who needs to hear it. She's probably the one holding everyone else together.

Apples from stores vs apples grown in your front yard.

Big difference.

Do you grow your own food?
If you do, what do you grow ?

A lot of people would suffer less if we talked about this more.

What do you think? I genuinely want to hear your thoughts 👇

Let me be clear - if you need it, use it.

It helps so many women, and I'm genuinely glad it's finally being talked about.

But here's what's getting lost in all the noise:

Hormone therapy is one piece of support.

It was never designed to carry your sleep, your metabolism, your gut, your nervous system, and your energy all by itself.

Around the world - long before HRT existed - women were supported through this transition with herbs, spices, teas, and food chosen for their unique constitution.

That wisdom didn't stop being true when the prescription pad showed up.

So if you're on HRT and still waking at 3am... still gaining around your middle... still running on empty by 2pm ...

You're asking for more support than one prescription can give.

You deserve the whole picture.

👇 Tell me: if you're on HRT - what's the one symptom it didn't touch?
