New! Make Your Clinic a Vibrant Health Codes Partner!

Privacy Policy & Cookie Policy

1) Overview

Vibrant Health Codes (“VHC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have when you visit or use our website, applications, programs, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using the Platform, you agree to the handling of information described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Questions can be directed to us using the contact information at the end of this policy.

2) Who We Are

VHC provides wellness education and lifestyle support resources intended to help people improve general wellbeing. Depending on the features you use, you may access content, tools, programs, communities, and optional services delivered by independent third parties.

Important: VHC is not a medical practice and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

If you access clinical care through third parties

If the Platform links you to independent clinicians or clinical groups for healthcare services, those providers control their clinical records and privacy practices. Any health information regulated as “Protected Health Information” (“PHI”) is handled by the applicable provider under their own privacy notice and applicable law—not under this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell PHI and do not use PHI for advertising.

3) Data Controller

For purposes of data protection laws that distinguish between “controllers” and “processors,” VHC is the controller of Personal Information we collect and use for our own purposes. Contact details appear in the “Contact Us” section.
