THIS NOTICE EXPLAINS HOW HEALTH-RELATED INFORMATION MAY BE USED, SHARED, AND PROTECTED BY VIBRANT HEALTH CODES. PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY.
1. Purpose of This Notice
This Notice explains how Vibrant Health Codes, LLC (“Vibrant Health Codes,” “VHC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information you may share with us that relates to wellness, lifestyle, or general health topics when you use our website, programs, applications, or services (collectively, the “Platform”).
Vibrant Health Codes is not a HIPAA-covered entity, is not a healthcare provider, and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. This Notice is provided to explain our voluntary privacy practices and your rights regarding information you choose to share with us.
2. No HIPAA-Covered Services; No PHI Intended
VHC does not operate as a medical practice and does not collect, create, maintain, or store Protected Health Information (“PHI”) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”).
You should not submit medical records, diagnostic results, insurance information, or other regulated PHI through our Platform. If such information is submitted inadvertently, it will not be treated as HIPAA-protected information and may be deleted or de-identified.
If you access medical or clinical services through independent third parties outside of VHC, those providers are solely responsible for their own HIPAA compliance and privacy practices.
3. Health-Related Information You May Provide
You may voluntarily share non-clinical wellness-related information, such as:
lifestyle habits;
personal wellness goals;
nutrition, movement, or stress-related feedback;
subjective symptoms or experiences discussed in a coaching or educational context.
This information is not used for diagnosis or treatment and is handled as general Personal Information under our Privacy Policy.
4. How We May Use Health-Related Information
We may use wellness-related information you provide for the following limited purposes:
to deliver educational or coaching programs you request;
to personalize your experience on the Platform;
to respond to questions or support requests;
to improve program quality, content, and usability;
to ensure Platform safety and compliance.
We do not use health-related information for medical decision-making.
5. How We May Share Information
VHC does not sell health-related information.
We may share limited information only:
with service providers who support Platform operations (e.g., hosting, analytics, customer support), under confidentiality obligations;
if you explicitly authorize sharing;

VHC expressly does not:

request access to the information we maintain about you;
request correction of inaccurate information;
request deletion of your information (which may require account closure);

We may update this Notice periodically. The revised version will be posted on our Platform with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
