Hi, I’m Dr. Alexina Mehta

For the past 20 years as a Naturopathic Doctor, I’ve been helping women in midlife rebuild their health and thrive. My unique method blends Eastern and Western approaches, creating transformations that lead to lasting change.

My health and fitness journey began early. As an athlete in high school and university, I ran for the track and field and cross-country teams and played field hockey. This passion for movement led me to pursue a degree in kinesiology, where I discovered my love for helping women. While working as a fitness trainer and teaching Pilates and yoga throughout university, I worked with women seeking change, wanting to lose body fat, build muscle, and improve their confidence and emotional well-being.

However, despite applying what I learned in exercise science, many of my clients struggled to see the results they hoped for, even with standard advice like cutting calories and exercising more. Frustrated, I became determined to find solutions that would truly work. This drive led me to pursue six more years of formal education, earning my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, along with studies in functional medicine, women’s health, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tibetan Medicine, Transpersonal Psychology and the Psychology of Change and Transformation.

 

My journey took me around the world, learning from renowned doctors and healers to discover how to create real, lasting transformations in women’s health. I’ve taught hundreds of women’s health workshops across North America, Europe, and India. No matter where I traveled, I realized that women everywhere shared the same health concerns. The common approach—treating symptoms in isolation—wasn’t working. What women needed was holistic healing, and once we applied that, they finally saw real results.

This is why I created The Vibrant Body Code. It’s a program designed to give you the most valuable insights I’ve gained from working with thousands of women and studying various systems of medicine.
