Once you register for the program we help you identify your unique Vibrant Body Code. This is a personal roadmap to help you understand your body and what will bring the best results for improved health and fat loss. From this map, we then implement personalized nutrition, tailored supplements and specific lifestyle tools. We then work with optimizing your metabolism and cultivating healthy habits throughout the program that will allow you to continue to make progress towards your goals.

Clients typically see changes in the first week. By the second week they experience more energy, reduced cravings and increased motivation. Most women experience a reduction of 10-15 % of their total weight in the program.

The meal plan focuses on simple, whole foods that fit your routine, preferences, and dietary needs, allowing you to enjoy meals with your family. We don’t do any calorie counting but rather focus on healthier approaches  to eating that are conducive to longterm success.

You may pay by credit/debit card, PayPal Credit, or through your HSA. You can also use Affirm.
